Desired Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• New Jersey Department of Education (DOE) certification
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome, as well as SLP-CCC professionals
• Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, though motivated new graduates will also be considered
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain thorough records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
