Make a difference in the lives of students by providing speech and language services in a supportive school-based setting. Two full-time contract opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists who hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). These onsite positions are situated in the beautiful region near the Jersey Shore, PA, and offer rewarding experiences with two distinct age groups over the full school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current CCC-SLP credential required
  • Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous pediatric, school-based, or early intervention experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice

Position Details:

  • Contract, full-time (35 hours per week)
  • Onsite service delivery
  • Full school year commitment

Responsibilities:

  • For Lock Haven: Deliver individualized and group therapy for preschool/early intervention students, focusing on early speech and language skill development
  • For State College: Support K-8 students with diverse speech and language needs, including assessment, development of IEPs, direct services, and collaboration with teachers
  • Administer comprehensive evaluations and interpret results to determine areas of need
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Partner with school staff and families to promote student success
  • Participate in ongoing professional learning opportunities
