Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student success
- Collaborate with special educators, classroom teachers, and other school staff
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress throughout the year
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
