Step into a rewarding role supporting students’ communication development as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through May 2027, and offers a chance to work closely with elementary-aged children in an engaging onsite environment. You’ll partner with educators and families, playing a crucial part in helping students achieve their individual language, articulation, and social goals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience or practicum in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with assessments, documentation, and IEP implementation
  • Genuine passion for helping children thrive and succeed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite speech and language therapy to elementary-level caseloads
  • Assess and monitor students’ speech-language development
  • Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure integrated care
  • Participate in team meetings, parent consultations, and progress reviews
  • Maintain accurate intervention records and documentation
  • Foster a supportive, encouraging environment for students of varying abilities
