Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in the state or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or strong Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or educational settings is highly valued
- Familiarity with providing speech services in K-12 environments
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting student growth and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across grade levels (K-12)
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement evidence-based therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
- Maintain detailed records of student evaluation, treatment, and outcomes
- Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff as needed
- Participate in team meetings, eligibility determinations, and parent conferences
