Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in the state or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or strong Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or educational settings is highly valued
  • Familiarity with providing speech services in K-12 environments
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting student growth and working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across grade levels (K-12)
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement evidence-based therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
  • Maintain detailed records of student evaluation, treatment, and outcomes
  • Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, eligibility determinations, and parent conferences
  • Opportunity to receive clinical supervision if completing your CFY
