Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold or be eligible for state licensure as an SLP; CCC preferred, but CFY candidates welcomed
• Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly within school environments
• Experience or comfort working with elementary-aged children
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms (if pursuing remote option)
• Strong collaborative spirit and commitment to a team-based approach
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans
• Deliver direct intervention services to students, adhering to IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide both in-person and/or teletherapy sessions as assigned
