What You’ll Bring:

  • Current SLP licensure in Illinois (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP certification required
  • Prior school-based experience or strong interest in pediatrics
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads and documentation

Role Highlights:

  • Provide direct therapy and assessment services to K-8th students, supporting diverse needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Track student progress, adjust therapy plans, and complete documentation
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to deliver holistic student support
  • Work 3-4 days per week, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance
