An elementary school in the Joliet, IL area is seeking two full-time bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) fluent in both Spanish and English for the upcoming school year contract. These roles will support students through comprehensive speech and language therapy within the school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, screenings, and therapy services to elementary students
- Participate as a full-time member of the school’s speech team
- Travel between two nearby school buildings to deliver services efficiently
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with relevant state and federal regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Location: Elementary schools near Joliet, Illinois (primarily Romeoville, IL)
- Contract length: School Year (August 11, 2025 – May 22, 2026)
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Traveling between a maximum of two buildings
- Compensation: $55-$65 per hour
