Step into an essential role supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers 35 hours per week, working with K-8 students from diverse backgrounds in a supportive, educational environment near Joliet, IL. Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Current Illinois SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a cross-categorical caseload with diverse needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, families, and students
- Passion for fostering student growth and progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to K-8 students according to IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
