Make a meaningful impact as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist working with elementary and intermediate students for the 2026/2027 school year. Located near Joliet, IL, this school-based position offers the opportunity to support student growth in a nurturing educational environment.

You will enjoy working with a collaborative team and engaging with a diverse student caseload while utilizing your expertise to enhance communication skills, learning outcomes, and overall student success.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active Illinois SLP License and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
  • Qualifications for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Comfortable managing elementary/intermediate level caseloads
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and progress-monitoring skills
  • Effective communication skills with students, staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver diagnostic assessments and individualized speech-language therapy in a school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Maintain timely and accurate records and progress notes
  • Support communication needs to enhance student participation in academics and social situations
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning as needed
