Step into a dynamic role for the 2026/2027 school year as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist serving students in a supportive educational environment near Joliet, IL. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP - CCC certification required
  • State licensure or eligibility for Illinois
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement therapy programs to address identified student goals
  • Employ a variety of evidence-based intervention strategies in individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
