Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Illinois
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois
- Experience or strong interest in working in school settings (K-12)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Open to SLPs with a healthcare, pediatric, or education background
- Bilingual (Spanish) applicants encouraged, but monolingual SLPs welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Design individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver targeted therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative services, documenting progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Support students across varying grade levels within a K-12 caseload
