With a manageable two-day-per-week schedule, you’ll provide specialized services to an early childhood caseload, ensuring young students receive the tailored support they need to thrive.

You’ll collaborate closely with an established onsite SLP, providing both teamwork and mentorship as you address the diverse needs of your students. Whether supporting communication milestones or working on pediatric speech challenges, your expertise plays a vital part in each child’s educational journey.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current or eligible for CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Open to SLP-CFY candidates as well as fully licensed SLPs
  • Experience or strong interest in Early Childhood caseloads
  • Healthcare or pediatric-focused SLP background a plus
  • Previous school-based or teletherapy experience beneficial
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and allied professionals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in young children
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver speech and language interventions, tracking students’ progress
  • Work onsite two days per week in a supportive environment
  • Collaborate with on-site SLP and other team members to optimize student care
  • Engage with families and staff to facilitate carryover of skills in daily routines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports according to school requirements
