Early Childhood School Speech Language Pathologist - Joliet, IL

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Active or eligible Illinois SLP license or CFY status
• Previous experience with early childhood populations valued
• Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn new technology and platforms for virtual collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to early childhood students
• Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize available equipment and testing materials in daily practice
• Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and team check-ins with supervisors and leaders
• Engage in ongoing process improvement to promote innovative and efficient service delivery
• Foster professional growth through scheduled supervision and access to professional development courses
