Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Illinois SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP procedures and progress documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Competence in administering a variety of standardized assessments
• Adaptability to work with diverse student populations and needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for individual students
• Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families
• Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility discussions, and multidisciplinary team sessions
• Attend professional development sessions as required
