Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license and SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for supporting children’s communication and academic growth

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and provide evidence-based direct therapy to students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation standards
  • Supervise and support SLPA’s as assigned
  • Provide input during eligibility and IEP meetings
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment
