Make a difference in the lives of students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) working in a supportive school environment. This opportunity runs from January 4th through May 24th, providing services to a caseload of approximately 50 students. Full-time schedules are available (35 hours per week), though part-time applicants will also be considered. SLPA candidates are welcomed to apply as well.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Comfortable managing caseloads around 50 students
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to support student success
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Educate and provide resources to families and school personnel regarding student needs
