What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are required
- Experience working with school-aged children across PreK to 12th grade is highly desirable
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and implementing therapy sessions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
- Commitment to fostering student progress and inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs in an engaging, supportive manner
- Administer evaluations to identify communication disorders and needs
- Develop, review, and update IEPs in line with school and district guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Support a positive, growth-centered atmosphere within the school community
