Qualifications:
- Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Experience working with pediatric populations or in schools is highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professionally to goal-setting processes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Work closely with teachers and families to ensure carryover of therapeutic strategies
- Provide direct therapy services in individual, group, or classroom settings as needed
