A dynamic contract opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year, focusing on K-12 students in a vibrant educational setting. This role is designed for a passionate SLP who enjoys working with primarily elementary students, with a smaller high school caseload, and values close collaboration with school teams and families.

In this position, you will support the growth and achievement of approximately 28 students by providing expert assessment, personalized therapy, and comprehensive communication support. Your collaboration with teachers, staff, and families will foster a supportive learning environment that encourages every student’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations, crafting individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services customized to students’ unique needs
  • Work collaboratively with educators to facilitate effective accommodations and modifications
  • Monitor ongoing student progress and adapt interventions appropriately
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to individualized goal setting and documentation
  • Provide guidance and resources for parents and caregivers to reinforce strategies at home

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Preferred experience in K-12 school environments
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Familiarity with educational laws and IEP development
