Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in schools or educational programs
  • Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, assessment, and documentation requirements in educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students from various backgrounds and age groups
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligned with student needs and academic goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide input, and maintain thorough records and progress notes
  • Liaise with educators and families to maximize student success and generalize skills across environments
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
