Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
  • Prior experience or strong interest in providing speech-language services within a school environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) according to student needs

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote the generalization of communication skills across settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as assigned
  • Stay current with best practices and follow district, state, and federal guidelines
