In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services aimed at achieving speech and language goals.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
  • Actively engage and educate families to foster ongoing support for students throughout the therapy process.

Preferred qualifications and experience include:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong capability for both independent work and team collaboration.
