Your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on individual student needs
- Conducting engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating each student’s progress with accuracy
- Collaborating with an enthusiastic, multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic care
- Involving families meaningfully in the therapy process and offering educational support
Ideal qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience supporting pediatric and/or school-aged clients is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team setting
To be considered, you must:
- Hold an active license authorized by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in California
- Have or be able to obtain a Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
