Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent (for SLP roles)
  • Active state licensure or ability to obtain (SLP or SLPA)
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLPA credentials accepted
  • Pediatric, K-12, and school-based experience valued
  • Compassionate communication skills and dedication to student progress
  • Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary team settings
  • Willingness to adapt and commit to student-centered service

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify student speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with guidelines
  • Deliver services in engaging, creative ways tailored to each student’s needs
