What you bring:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA (CFY and CCC both encouraged to apply)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
  • Background in school settings highly desirable
  • Effective communication, case management, and teamwork skills
  • Passion for fostering inclusive learning environments
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and track student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Attend meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
  • Offer support and mentorship to fellow team members, including SLPAs and CFYs
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary problem solving
  • Help shape a student-centered, supportive environment
