Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers you the chance to provide impactful services within a vibrant educational environment. With a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:45 am to 3:30 pm, you will work with a diverse caseload consisting of elementary, middle, and one high school student, combining both direct and consultative support.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid state licensure and current CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience working in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and working as part of multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions and support plans to accommodate varied student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy for a caseload of 52 students (38 elementary, 13 middle school, 1 high school)
  • Provide direct intervention as well as consultative services to classroom teachers and support staff
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Assess and document student progress using data-driven methods
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other related service providers
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment to facilitate student growth and participation
