Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting
  • Knowledge of IEPs, individualized student support, and data-driven therapy
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize each student’s progress
  • Document student progress, prepare required reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff and caregivers
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and procedural requirements in the school environment
