Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Previous experience or strong interest in school-based SLP settings
- Ability to adapt to new environments and build rapport with students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide individualized speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Document services and track student outcomes in compliance with school and district protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
