What We're Seeking:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Carolina (NC SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is required
- Experience within educational or school-based settings is essential
- Proficiency with ECATS (Education Casework Application and Tracking System)
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student populations
- Current experience and knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions to students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Maintain timely, thorough, and confidential documentation in compliance with all school, state, and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Utilize digital systems for case management and communication
- Ensure services are provided with cultural competence and sensitivity
- Attend scheduled meetings and collaborate proactively with school and district personnel
