Qualifications:

  • Hold a current and valid SLP-CCC license
  • Certified and licensed to practice in the state
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, plans, and progress reports
  • Consult with school teams on communication strategies and classroom support
