Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Recent experience providing speech therapy services in a school setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students with a diverse range of needs
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans based on student goals
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation for therapy activities and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Support IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Provide timely evaluation and intervention in accordance with school guidelines
