Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Kansas state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience in school-based settings a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
- Deliver engaging speech, language, and communication therapy to students in both individual and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
