Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for school-based SLP work
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) strongly encouraged to apply
  • Experience with IEP development and familiarity with school-based therapy practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and maintain accurate records in line with school and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development activities as needed
