We’re looking for an SLP or an SLP-CF who has experience with AAC and a keen interest in pediatrics and school-based practice. You’ll have the flexibility to bring your teletherapy or in-person skills to a supportive environment that values your expertise.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active State Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential
- Direct experience with school-aged children, preferably in elementary settings
- Proven skills working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to elementary students
- Implement and manage AAC devices and strategies as appropriate
- Develop IEP goals in partnership with school teams, students, and families
- Track student progress and maintain accurate reporting and documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
