Looking for a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required) to collaborate with educational professionals and provide high-quality speech and language services within a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Current state licensure (Kansas) or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs and school settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ongoing progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral member of the student support team
  • Offer consultation and guidance to teachers and staff regarding effective communication strategies in the classroom
  • Support continuity of care as you provide seamless coverage during the FMLA absences of two SLP colleagues
