Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active state licensure required
- ASHA CCC, SLP-CF, or relevant school SLP experience
- Experience working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems is essential
- Comfort working with elementary-aged students
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly provide speech-language therapy and interventions to elementary students, both individually and in small groups
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and AAC assessments
- Partner with educators, support staff, and families to promote optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
