Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, active state licensure required
  • ASHA CCC, SLP-CF, or relevant school SLP experience
  • Experience working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems is essential
  • Comfort working with elementary-aged students
  • Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly provide speech-language therapy and interventions to elementary students, both individually and in small groups
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and AAC assessments
  • Partner with educators, support staff, and families to promote optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
