Speech Language Pathologist Elementary - 26/27 Kansas City, KS

We are actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite school-based position in Kansas City, Kansas for the 2026–2027 academic year. This role offers the opportunity to work with an elementary caseload in a supportive school environment.

We are prioritizing applicants with SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), but all qualified SLP candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Kansas SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (strongly prioritized)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key responsibilities are to provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students by conducting evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and supporting students with articulation, fluency, language, and communication needs, while collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports.
