Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Kansas City, MO

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (CFY or CCC accepted)
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
• Comfortable collaborating with educators and special education teams
• Skilled in assessing and treating a variety of communication needs, including moderate and mixed severity cases
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, though primary duties are on-site

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide therapy for a caseload of approximately 15 middle and high school students
• Work directly with students in English to address speech, language, and communication challenges
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and document therapy progress
• Collaborate with SPED team members and classroom teachers, who communicate in English for all SPED interactions
• Deliver services on-site, three days a week, eight hours each day, for the duration of the school year (August 11, 2026 - May 28, 2027)
