This full-time, contract opportunity covers a maternity leave from August 17, 2026, through November 9, 2026. As an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll provide valuable services to a resource-level caseload, collaborating with a dedicated educational team to help students achieve their communication goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Prior experience working in school-based SLP positions highly valued
- Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for school-aged children
- Familiarity with IEP planning, implementation, and documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students at the resource level
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs
- Develop and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered atmosphere onsite
