This onsite position offers a collaborative setting, where you'll work alongside an SLP-A and other SLP professionals to deliver outstanding speech and language services.

What You Bring:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Comfortable managing an elementary school caseload
  • Strong communication and case management skills
  • Dedication to supporting students’ speech and language development

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Serve as the case manager for 21 students, overseeing IEP development and compliance
  • Deliver speech services to a total caseload of 76 students, with support from an SLP-A
  • Collaborate with in-house SLP to ensure appropriate supervision for SLP-A at the location
  • Document progress, evaluate student needs, and adjust therapy plans accordingly
  • Engage with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop comprehensive support strategies
