Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Current CCC-SLP certification
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Missouri
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working with elementary-aged children in-person
  • Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20 elementary students
  • Administer assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in meetings and contribute as a valued member of the educational team
  • Offer creative, engaging treatment sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs
