This onsite, full-time position runs from late August through the end of May, set within regular school-day hours. You’ll support students’ communication skills and academic development in an engaging educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • SLP-CCC certification required
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy in a school setting preferred
  • Strong clinical skills for developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Compassionate communicator with a student-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to high school students
  • Conduct assessments, create comprehensive intervention plans, and document progress
  • Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Engage actively with faculty and parents to ensure optimal outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Foster an inclusive environment that encourages every student’s growth and success
