Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current or pending Speech-Language Pathology license for Missouri
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome
  • School-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to student success and individualized support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for referred students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to foster student progress
  • Document student growth, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide both direct and consultative services across elementary, middle, and high school populations
  • Engage students with creative therapy methods to support a positive school experience
