Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligibility for state SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Proficiency in administering assessments, creating and implementing IEPs, and delivering evidence-based therapy
• Effective communication skills and collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities through standardized tools and observations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Deliver therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
• Consult regularly with educators, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Document and report on student performance, maintaining all required records
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team consultations
• Provide guidance to teachers and parents on classroom accommodations and language-rich strategies
