Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may also be considered
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations is valuable
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and conducting assessments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document services according to compliance guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy sessions in both individual and group formats
