This contract opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with children and bringing creative therapy approaches to a diverse caseload. Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop students’ communication skills and help them reach their fullest potential.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience in school settings highly valued
  • Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Previous work with pediatric populations or in healthcare/education settings is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Your key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment approaches tailored to each student’s needs
  • Partner and consult with caregivers, family members, special education teams, SLPAs, OTs, and PTs to maximize each student’s progress
  • Regularly monitor and document student growth and adapt strategies as needed
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including updates to IEPs and progress reports
  • Participate in meetings and contribute expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available with preference for onsite support. Caseload specifics will be discussed during the interview process, ensuring the best fit for your skills and interests.
