Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Katy, Texas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas licensure, or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in schools highly valued
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
• Understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Prior experience as a supervising SLP or SLPA is a plus

Duties Include:

• Comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Development and implementation of customized intervention plans
• Regular collaboration with families, caregivers, SLP assistants, occupational therapists, and other professionals
• Consistent monitoring, assessment, and documentation of student progress
• Maintenance of clear, accurate records aligned with school and legal requirements
