What We’re Looking For:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Consideration for experienced SLPAs with relevant school or pediatric experience
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology; school-based experience and credentials are highly valued
- Willingness to work onsite, with the option for a hybrid schedule for flexibility
- Strong communication and organizational skills; dedication to collaborative, student-focused practice
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a wonderful asset
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and diagnostic services to children with a variety of needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to develop and implement customized IEP goals
- Manage documentation, progress tracking, and compliance with all school and state requirements
- Support students across multiple campuses or settings, providing services that foster academic and social growth
- Embrace creative approaches and adaptability, tailoring interventions to individual student strengths
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
