Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Katy, TX

What We’re Looking For:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Consideration for experienced SLPAs with relevant school or pediatric experience
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology; school-based experience and credentials are highly valued
• Willingness to work onsite, with the option for a hybrid schedule for flexibility
• Strong communication and organizational skills; dedication to collaborative, student-focused practice
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a wonderful asset

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and diagnostic services to children with a variety of needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to develop and implement customized IEP goals
• Manage documentation, progress tracking, and compliance with all school and state requirements
• Support students across multiple campuses or settings, providing services that foster academic and social growth
• Embrace creative approaches and adaptability, tailoring interventions to individual student strengths
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
