SLP in Katy, TX

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with current SLP licensure to support a school setting located in Katy, TX. This role focuses exclusively on providing make-up therapy services, meaning no responsibility for ARD meetings or evaluations. The position is part-time, approximately 7.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized make-up speech therapy to assigned students within the school.
• Manage a caseload that aligns with the school’s schedule and student needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to district policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (SLP-CCC certification preferred).
• Previous experience working in a school environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and background checks as required by the district.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload effectively.

Location: Katy, Texas
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day
Assignment Duration: Immediate start through May 22, 2026
Caseload: One school assignment with make-up therapy only
