What We're Looking For:

  • Current Texas Speech Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience delivering SLP services in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and engage with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to supporting students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
  • Document services and maintain accurate case records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy as needed
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
