This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to support middle and high school students, empowering them to reach their full academic and social potential throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active TX FL licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (please include an image of your license when applying)
  • Skilled in the full spectrum of SLP responsibilities, including therapy, ARD meetings, and assessments
  • Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is highly valued
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of 50–60 students
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adjust support as needed for middle or high school students
  • Flexibility in school assignment, with consideration for the candidate’s ZIP code

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to students in assigned grades
  • Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and ARD/IEP meetings
  • Complete documentation and provide reports within specified timelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student success
  • Participate actively in professional development and district initiatives

Additional Details & Requirements:

  • On-site services required; assignments will be at middle or high schools in the Houston area
  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, following the school calendar from August 11, 2026, to May 26, 2027
  • Fingerprinting for district credentialing is required (if not already on file)
  • Prescreen interviews may be part of the selection process
