This full-time, on-site assignment runs from August 11, 2026, through May 26, 2027, and offers a dynamic environment with flexible middle or high school placements based on your preference and ZIP code. Here, you'll address a manageable caseload of 50-60 students spanning grades 6-8 or 10-12, making a meaningful difference while developing your expertise within a supportive school setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Texas and Florida is required (please be ready to provide a license image with your application).
  • Experience or comfort working with school-aged populations, ideally middle and high school grades.
  • Ability to perform the full spectrum of SLP responsibilities, including therapy, ARDs, assessments, and testing. However, a supervisory-only role is also available for those who prefer this focus.
  • Completed fingerprint clearance or willingness to undergo background checks as required by the district.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students on your assigned caseload.
  • Conduct assessments, contribute to ARDs, and manage progress documentation.
  • Collaborate with educational staff, families, and related service professionals to support student achievement.
  • Provide clinical supervision to SLP-Assistants if desired and qualified.
