As an essential member of the team, you'll work collaboratively to provide speech and language therapy to bilingual (English/Spanish-speaking) students, addressing communication challenges and helping them thrive academically and socially.

Required Qualifications:

• Current State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC, no SLPA or CFs)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience in a school setting (elementary level preferred)
• Comfortable working with self-contained classrooms when needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with faculty, parents, and students
• No educator credential required

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct services and interventions to students on caseload
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult with teachers and educational staff to create language-rich learning environments
• Engage with families to provide guidance and updates on student progress
• Adapt approaches for both general and self-contained classroom settings
