Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services across elementary caseloads, focusing on early childhood learners
- Complete assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and administrators to support student growth and inclusion
- Flexibly manage caseload responsibilities across 4–5 days weekly, full-time
- Engage with a variety of learners, ensuring each receives tailored support—particularly those with more complex or self-contained needs
